something warm for the tummy
As a newlywed I am experimenting new recipes for my hubby. Lets just say this slowcooker is my lifesaver. What a wonderful invention!!!
Pot Roast
You will need
1pkg of McCormick Seasoning
3 lb rump roast
5 cups of fresh vegatables (carrots, celery, onions, and potatoes)
2 cups of water
Directions
1. Place roast and vegetables in slow cooker
2. Mix Seasoning and water until blended and pour over roast and vegetables.
3. Cook for 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
For best results, do not remove cover during cooking...I find this hard to do!!!
